The functionality of the units has allowed us to streamline our processes and downsize the number of our staff, affording us an additional cost savings.
Beyond the financial savings your business gave us, the customer service has been and continues to be exemplary! Aaron worked diligently and patiently with me and our corporate IT department, located in Louisiana, to fine tune the set up of our system.
He also coordinated the switch from one local telcom utility to another. Without a doubt, his foresight and preplanning saved us immeasurable headaches along the way. His user training was very helpful as well.
Hector was equally as thorough and patient with us as we moved into and progressed through the implementation phase. He continued to address all the possible set up scenarios and lay out the options available to us through your robust voice system.
The day we went “live” we experienced a total communication failure. Even though this was due to no fault of TekMate, your team was right here and helped us work through the issue until it was resolved. Your team also cheerfully addressed the few set up changes we decided to make after the system was installed; amazing customer service!
